About the role
This is a casual role (3 days a week including Wednesdays and Saturdays) with a clear pathway to full time employment within 6 months.
Key responsibilities
Conduct open homes on Wednesdays and Saturdays
Carry out private inspections with prospective tenants
Complete condition reports and routine inspections
Manage tenant and landlord enquiries via phone, email and online
Communicate with landlords regarding property and maintenance
Build specialist skills in co-living property management

What you need
A valid driver's licence and reliable car
Assistant Agent Certificate VIC
Willingness to learn and work independently
Strong communication and organisational skills
Available to work Saturdays
