As a Property Manager with Walkom Real Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing a residential property portfolio to ensure its smooth operation while providing excellent customer service.
Your duties will include:
· Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
· Managing property maintenance requests and ensuring all properties are well maintained and in compliance with regulations.
· Arrange and conduct property inspections for approved tenants.
· Arrange and conduct, ingoing and outgoing bond inspections, routine inspections and complete associated reports
· Review tenancy application and prepare new tenancy documentation
Essential Skills and Requirements
* Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence in NSW
* Hold a current driver's licence.
* Ideally have previous experience in a Property Management Associate position
* Have knowledge pertaining to property management legislation in NSW
* Good computer, communication and time management skills
* You will be required to use your own motor vehicle for your work

Our office is located at 443 Hunter Street, Newcastle NSW 2300. Parking is provided on site.
