We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join a leading PropertyDeveloper.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Manage all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
* Provide general support to the office staff and management team.
* Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and functions.
* Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and employees.
* Uphold a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Knowledge of the real estate or property development industry is a plus.
