This current opportunity is working on their latest Broadbeach beauty, a 40 story, $200m high rise residential tower.
Here you will work along side a very talented Contracts Manager and have the support of other CA's and Engineers to manage your trade packages.

The role
As a result of our their continued success they are in need of a Contracts Administrator that has experience working in the commercial construction / high rise residential environment.
They use first class systems and procedures when it comes to procurement and cost management and you will be exposed to the best in the industry. This project is well over $60m and requires someone with proven Contracts Administrator experience and will suit someone interested in being exposed to beautiful projects and industry leaders.

Your Experience and Qualifications
* Must have 5+ years recent experience working for a reputable commercial construction company
* Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub contractors alike
* Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
* Have a hands on and proactive approach to your role
* Construction Management degree or equivalent
