Audio Visual BDM - VIC, SA and TAS - Remote (based in Melbourne)
CommBox has a brand new sales strategy for 2026 and we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Audio Visual BDM to join our team to look after VIC, SA and TAS. We are looking for a person who can proactively find opportunities and nurture our existing resellers partners and end user customers. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.

CommBox is the interactive screen of choice for Defence and Department of Education in most Australian states.
Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities, generating high‑quality leads for reseller partners across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania
* Leverage an existing network to introduce new resellers and customers to CommBox and accelerate early‑stage conversations.
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing resellers and key end‑user stakeholders.
* Understand customer needs quickly, then recommend the right CommBox solution with clear guidance and support.
* Present and sell CommBox products and services in close collaboration with reseller partners to win and deliver deals.
* Deliver standout customer service, ensuring a smooth experience from first meeting through to post‑sale satisfaction.
* Maintain a clean, task‑driven HubSpot pipeline with accurate notes, next steps, and forecasting.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3‑4 years' prior industry‑related business development experience
* Experience in the AV or UC industry is a must
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
* Focused and goal‑oriented
