Due to significant contract awards within our Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure team in Melbourne. The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, and defence sectors, with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve. By joining our team, you'll be immersed in a strong, long‐term pipeline of work, handling complex, large‐scale and iconic projects across ANZ.

* Play a hands‐on role across the full project journey, from bids and concept design through to delivery and construction support
* Help keep projects on track by balancing quality, timelines, and budgets with strong organisation and attention to detail
* Build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues across diverse sectors, creating positive and lasting partnerships
* Shape winning tenders by applying your project management skills and commercial insight

The qualities that help you thrive
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with CPEng and/or RPEV
* Demonstrated experience delivering detailed designs for potable water and wastewater networks, including application of MRWA and WSAA standards; experience with wastewater treatment plants is highly regarded
* Exposure to the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and commissioning
* Proven experience working within a consultancy environment and collaborating across multidisciplinary stakeholder groups
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with clients and diverse stakeholders at all levels.
