About the Role
This is a part-time Medical Receptionist position, rostered Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm shifts. Applicants must be available every day during these shift times.
The successful candidate will manage phone enquiries, front of house reception, schedule appointments, issue invoices, enter patient registration details, and maintain a clean waiting area.

Key Responsibilities:
* Phone Enquiries: Answering calls and responding to patients' queries.
* Front of House Reception: Managing the reception area, greeting patients, and handling correspondence.
* Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating appointment times and sending reminders.
* Invoicing: Issuing invoices and managing payment processing.
* Patient Registration: Entering patient information into our system.
* Maintenance: Ensuring the waiting area remains clean and tidy.
