About the Role:

Trilogy Care is seeking a dynamic and motivated Partnership Manager to join our high-performing Business Development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing strategic partnerships across the aged care sector. Your primary focus will be on establishing relationships with Aged Care /NDIS providers, aged care professionals, and key community stakeholders who engage with Home Care Package (HCP) recipients. Other key activities include overseeing onboarding, compliance support, communication, growth and retention efforts.

Ultimately, you’ll be supporting partners to foster their growth and success within the aged care landscape. This role goes beyond sales; it’s about enabling our partners to unlock meaningful opportunities for their organisations and the communities they support.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with a supportive team of sales professionals, care management, operations, compliance and reporting directly to the Team Leader of the Partnership Management team. You will also have the opportunity to travel interstate to attend expos, roadshows, and partner events, strengthening our presence and influence across Australia.

As a Partnership Manager, you will:

* Proactively prospect and engage potential partners through both warm and cold outreach.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations that communicate Trilogy Care’s unique value proposition.
* Support new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped to grow and succeed within the HCP program.
* Provide ongoing guidance to partners, helping them navigate the aged care landscape and expand their impact alongside Trilogy Care.
* Maintain and grow existing relationships, contributing to the long-term success of our national partnership network.

How you will succeed in this role:

* New Partnerships - Number and quality of new partners signed each month or quarter, particularly those with strong potential to refer Home Care Package clients.
* Partner Activation & Onboarding - Timeliness and effectiveness in guiding new partners through the onboarding process and into active status.
* Referral Growth from Partners - Volume and consistency of client referrals generated by newly acquired and existing partners.
* Retention & Relationship Management - Strength and longevity of partner relationships, including ongoing engagement, responsiveness, and partner satisfaction.
* Contribution to National Growth Strategy - Alignment of partnership acquisition and support efforts with Trilogy Care’s broader growth and expansion goals.
* Collaboration & Team Contribution - Active participation in team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and support of collective business development efforts.
* CRM Accuracy & Pipeline Management - Consistent and accurate use of CRM tools to maintain up-to-date records, track progress, and report on performance.

Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in a business development, sales, or relationship management role.
* Demonstrated ability to identify, pitch, and convert new business opportunities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing relationship support.
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for hitting targets and driving growth.
* Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
* Confidence in conducting presentations, sales meetings, and partner engagement activities both virtually and face-to-face.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, LinkedIn, CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.

Desirable:

* Understanding of the Australian aged care landscape and the Home Care Package (HCP) program.
* Experience working with NDIS providers, aged care professionals, or referral networks.
* Background in a high-growth, purpose-driven organisation
* Previous experience in a B2B partnership or channel sales environment.
* Relevant qualifications in Business, Health, Aged Care, or related fields are highly regarded but not essential.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Current federal police clearance (not more than 12 months old) and international police check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years
* Evidence of Australian work rights (passport, birth certificate, etc).
