About You – Essential Qualifications & Attributes
* A primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA
* Fellowship of RACGP or ACRRM, Rural Generalist qualification, or eligibility via an overseas‐trained specialist pathway
* Recent and comprehensive experience in General Practice and Emergency Medicine
* A strong commitment to ongoing professional development
* The ability to support and teach junior doctors and trainees
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
* Leadership capability, adaptability, and experience in safety and quality improvement
* Commitment to clinical governance, peer review, and professionalism
* A demonstrated passion for advocacy and improving individual and community health outcomes
