Salary – $99,938 to $110,271 plus superannuation and annual leave loading
Location – Lismore & Tweed Heads
Your role
Homes NSW brings together the housing and homelessness functions of DCJ, the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC), Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) and key worker housing functions from across government under one roof.
The Senior Client Service Officer (SCSO) provides a broad range of services including applicant, tenancy and property management services and advice to clients, including those with complex support needs. The role relies on building relationships with the housing service sector including advocates and other stakeholders across the access and tenancy service streams.
What You'll Do
Provide mentorship and support to the client service teams, including instruction, purpose and direction to Client Service Officers (CSO).
Demonstrate leadership qualities and an ethical, client-centred approach.
Capture a wide range of housing services, staying proactive, adaptive and ethical.
Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
