We are looking for a dynamic HRBP who can strategically partner with our leadership team to help us scale and deliver best-in-class services to our teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with leaders and employees in the UK, US, NZ, Philippines and of course Australia. It is a true global role requiring strategic input and global execution.
You will be accountable for the following:
- Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute the People Strategy and Roadmap aligned to the vision and longer-range strategies in connection with the team's vision.
- Build highly engaged teams through our engagement survey and action plans using CultureAmp
- Lead and execute strategic people projects globally
- Build, embed and monitor compliance to all relevant people policies
- Provide insightful people analytics, trends, and recommended actions to the leadership team to guide planning, program design, decision-making, and measures of success.
- Drive organisational design, workforce planning, and change management as we continue to grow and scale.
- Build a culture of inclusion by infusing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies into talent acquisition, manager growth and development, employee experience, and organisational health.
- Coach senior leadership through organisational issues, talent strategies, and leadership development.
- Coach our leaders on employment law matters and support our leaders in managing performance

- You'll thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment, and be passionate about supporting teams to scale effectively.
- Highly collaborative approach with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.
- Energy to get things done in an iterative approach and willingness to jump from strategy to development to change management in order to scale programs aimed at driving business outcomes.
- Excellent business storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to translate "HR speak" and data insights into an accessible, influential narrative.
- Critical thinker and analytic-minded with success in developing data-driven solutions to the business.
- Business-first mindset with an ability to work at multiple levels of the HR stack; primarily focused on strategic impact while being comfortable driving programs linked to clear business outcomes
