We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional to join the team at our Dulwich office as Individual Income Tax Return Division Head.
Key responsibilities include:
* Engage with clients to discuss income tax-related matters and provide immediate guidance
* Prepare and finalise individual income tax returns during client meetings, where possible
* Distribute work amongst team members
* Prepare any individual tax returns that cannot be delegated
* Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of all finalised work
* Follow up on outstanding queries and resolve them efficiently
* Manage and prioritise incoming workflow to meet deadlines
* Maintain records of all returns and monitor ongoing jobs
* Collaborate with Directors on job deadlines and progress updates

* Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
* A track record of implementing process improvements
