Customer Service Professional
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service professional to join our team in the Western Region.
This is a part-time, permanent position that requires 18 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to negotiate their days and times within standard office hours based in Ballarat.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing exceptional customer service engagement and identifying customers' needs.
* Maintaining accurate records and confidentiality of customer account details compliant with record management.
* Developing and fostering constructive working relationships within the organisation and across the division.
* Undertaking general administrative duties and other tasks as required.
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Certificate in Business or Finance (desired).
* Demonstrated experience in customer service with the ability to meet performance call handling targets.
* High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control.
* Strong verbal communication skills to engage professionally with internal and external customers.

This position is graded at Administration Band 2 under the Ambulance Victoria Enterprise Agreement (AVEA) 2020.
