Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the services, including:

* Implementing quality programs in conjunction with the Service Coordinator's lead
">
* Maintaining accurate data of families using various systems
">
* Developing and maintaining effective filing systems and compliance audits
">
* Liaising with the Service Coordinator and management to maintain service standards
">
* Complying with organizational policies and procedures

Requirements

* Be able to perform a range of administrative duties, including data and word processing, filing, and reception work

* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
