Cater Care is seeking an experienced Catering Assistant / Supervisor (All Rounder) to join our team at a busy university residential dining hall in North Adelaide. Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will support both kitchen operations and front of house service, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for students, staff and guests in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver front of house service in a supervisory role when required, including waited meal service
* Provide professional and friendly customer service
* Plate and serve meals to a diverse customer base
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
* Support functions and conference catering
* Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience in kitchen operations and service in a high-volume environment
* Front of House supervisory experience essential
* Strong organisational skills in fast-paced team settings
* Reliable with flexible availability across various shifts
* Professional and motivated approach
* Sound knowledge of food safety and OH&S practices
* Ability to perform under pressure during peak service periods
