Reporting to the Head of Property Acquisition, this role drives the acquisition of new properties to meet ambitious expansion targets while building and maintaining valuable relationships with property developers, asset owners, and agents. The position combines strategic planning, commercial negotiation, and operational oversight to grow Urban Rest's Australian portfolio.LocationThis role can be based in either our Melbourne or Sydney office, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
