Job Description
As a skilled Network Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional network operations and support services. You will work closely with stakeholders to resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and support the delivery of critical projects.
This role offers a dynamic mix of business-as-usual operations and project delivery. You will contribute to documentation, change processes, and maintain strong working relationships across multiple accounts.
You will troubleshoot and resolve BAU network issues via ticketing systems, deliver project outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders, create and update technical documentation for support and project handover, and contribute to change management documentation and implementation.
Key responsibilities include maintaining clear communication and strong relationships with stakeholders, as well as supporting a range of accounts across the private and government sectors.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in network operations and support, hands-on knowledge of Cisco and/or Aruba wireless networking (certs preferred), routing & switching expertise (Cisco and/or Juniper - certs preferred), familiarity with data centre, access, and wireless network environments, and strong documentation and communication skills.
Additional requirements include ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, experience working in a Managed Services environment, and comfort in high-paced, high-pressure settings.
