**About the Company**
Our NSW State Government client cares for and protects NSW's environment and heritage, including natural environment, built heritage, Aboriginal country, culture and heritage ensuring the protection and strengthening of the environment and economy in NSW.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer to join their team in Parramatta with the flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to provide a wide range of administration and business support to deliver efficient services to achieve organisational objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for however not limited to the following
- Deliver high level professional customer service
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Complete diary and travel management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings including arranging catering, equipment and overall presentation
- Preparation of high-level documentation including agenda's, briefs, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports and presentation material
- Ordering stationary and maintaining office equipment
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Complete financial administration duties including purchase orders, invoices and receipting
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Updating and maintaining asset registers
- Assist with HR activities including on/offboarding
- Report on divisional and ministerial deliverables to ensure timely response to advice requests, correspondence and parliamentary documents
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To be successful in securing this project assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated Administration or Business Support experience
- Exposure to Ministerial correspondence highly advantageous
- Previous experience working within a high pressure and complex environment
- Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency with MS Office suite, CM9 & SAP
- Reliable remote internet access to work remotely from home
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
