Known for their pragmatic delivery, strong Salesforce partner relationships, and people‐first culture, they are investing heavily in expanding their Salesforce practice across ANZ and APAC.They work closely with Salesforce, combine deep industry knowledge with technical excellence, and are trusted advisors to some of the region's most recognisable organisations.About the Role As Strategic Sales Leader – Salesforce Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the firm's Salesforce business across ANZ/APAC. Reporting into senior leadership, you'll own regional growth strategy while working closely with Delivery, Architecture and Salesforce partner teams.Key responsibilities include:Leading Salesforce services go‐to‐market strategy across ANZ and APACBuilding and strengthening executive‐level client relationshipsDriving pipeline generation, deal strategy and complex sales pursuitsPartnering closely with Salesforce account teams and alliance leadersSupporting large‐scale transformation programs from pre‐sales through deliveryHelping shape the future direction, capability and positioning of the Salesforce practiceThis is a hands‐on leadership role combining strategic vision with front‐line client engagement.The Successful Candidate You'll bring a strong mix of Salesforce ecosystem credibility, commercial leadership and consulting mindset, including:Deep experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (consulting, SI or services‐led roles)Proven success in enterprise sales, practice leadership, delivery leadership – or a blend of all threeStrong executive presence with the ability to influence C‐suite stakeholdersA strategic mindset with the drive to build, scale and evolve Salesforce offeringsExperience working closely with Salesforce as a partnerThis role will suit someone who enjoys shaping markets, building long‐term client value, and leading with impact.What's on offer?Base salary:$180,000 – $200,000 + Super + bonusSenior leadership role with genuine influence across the businessStrong, collaborative culture across Sales, Delivery and ArchitectureHybrid and flexible working modelClear professional development and leadership growth pathwaysIf you're looking to play a key role in shaping the future of Salesforce services across ANZ/APAC—this is a standout opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
