We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Office Manager to join our team.
Roles and responsibilities include:
· Manage and direct the day-to-day operations and resources of the office.
· Oversee administration tasks, including document management and office supplies.
· Assist in developing and reviewing office procedures.
· Assist with HR functions, such as tracking timesheets, processing expense claims, and managing leave requests.
· Assist in onboarding/offboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
· Uphold and enforce occupational health and safety standards within the office environment.
· Ensure that office equipment is kept in good working condition and that essential supplies are consistently available.
· Verify that all office operations comply with applicable government laws, policies, and procedures.
· Maintain accurate records and manage the office's accounts to support smooth administrative operations.
· Collaborate with relevant people to coordinate office functions and address any issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:
* AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
Experience:
· 1-year minimum experience as an Office Manager or in a related field.
