About the Role
As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and beverages, providing warm and professional customer service, and helping maintain the smooth running of our café during service.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our standards.
* Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and front-of-house areas.
* Assist with daily café operations, including restocking, POS transactions, and service flow.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
About You
* Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café or hospitality venue.
* Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a great experience for every customer.
