Branch Supervisor
As a dynamic and varied role, you will lead a small team and have the opportunity to demonstrate your strengths while growing your career. This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week within the trading hours of 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure customer expectations are met in a timely and efficient manner by supervising the team and providing hands-on support.
* Attend to customers who visit the branch and address incoming inquiries.
* Manage customer orders by interacting with internal stakeholders to meet our customers' expectations.
* Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer and operational demands.
* Follow up on quotations and inquiries to identify new sales opportunities.
* Provide timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure all processes are conducted safely by following best practices.

* Computer competency with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
* Experience in a warehouse or stores environment with proficiency in operating machinery.
