Job Title
A dynamic and strategic HR leader is sought to drive business growth in Australia.
* Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will develop and implement a comprehensive HR roadmap to support the Australian subsidiary's expansion into multiple markets.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial HR, with a minimum of 7 years' experience, and excellent expertise in change management, matrix environments, HSE, and Quality aspects.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing processes and policies, working closely with regional country HR, senior leadership teams, and technical operators.
