About the role

We're on the hunt for a digitally savvy Content Producer to join one of Australia's leading food brands, Women's Weekly Food, and our iconic Test Kitchen. This is an exciting time for the brand - and this role sits right at the heart of it.

You'll be a key part of how we connect with our audience, with a particular focus on our newsletter program. Duties

* Lead the creation, curation and scheduling of our editorial and member-focused newsletters, crafting content that's useful and relevant for both audiences.
* Develop and grow our broader newsletter program, including subject line testing and reporting.

* Write food news and other content that drives SEO performance and social engagement.
* Create, schedule and manage content across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.
* Collaborate with the Digital Managing Editor to bring the content strategy to life.
* Use analytics tools (like Google Analytics and Conductor) to track performance, using insights to inform content plans.

* Strong social media skills including shooting and editing video.
* A sharp eye for detail and a genuine love of cooking and food media.
* Excellent written communication skills, spelling and grammar.
* A solid understanding of SEO basics.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
* Experience understanding audiences, pitching ideas, and working to deadlines.
* Experience working with membership or subscription audience models.
* Knowledge of A/B testing and email optimisation strategies.
