Physiotherapist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team and support residents in maintaining optimal functional abilities.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating treatments and programs for individual residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the care planning process and contribute to case conferences.
* Provide leadership and guidance to allied health staff and ensure the needs of residents are met in accordance with their care plans.
* Ensure equipment is available for use by allied health staff and contribute to budget development in consultation with management.
* Complete comprehensive assessments and reviews to identify residents' physical, social and emotional needs.
* Build trusting relationships with residents based on dignity and respect, communicating effectively to optimise cooperation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) degree.
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
* Experience in residential and community-based assessment and rehabilitation including equipment prescription.
* Current National Police Clearance.
* Demonstrated excellence in evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
* Contemporary understanding of physiotherapy practice and issues in aged care.
* Able to relate to older people with empathy and affording dignity and respect.
* Knowledge of Aged Care standards.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate and contribute to multi-disciplinary team approach to care planning and delivery.
