Role Description
This full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role is based in Brisbane, QLD. The primary responsibility is to provide administrative and executive assistance to support organizational operations to the Head of Middle and Senior Campus. Key daily tasks include managing diaries, organizing schedules, handling clerical duties, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of executive and personal assistant tasks. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a strong commitment to professional excellence and Christian values.
Qualifications
* Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
* Proficiency in Diary Management and strong organizational skills
* Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong foundational Clerical Skills, including document preparation and record keeping
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload under tight deadlines
* Professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-focused mindset
* Experience with educational or non-profit institutions is beneficial
* Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office or other administrative tool
