Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Designer to join our team.
The primary focus of this role will be to provide comprehensive network administration support for a new factory facility in Toowoomba.
This position requires supporting IT infrastructure environments, delivering network configuration and system management services, as well as hardware and software installation and maintenance. Responsibilities include configuring servers and workstations, validating end-to-end system functionality, resolving technical issues, and providing technical support.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in network management, specifically with Cisco or Arista systems, and 2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows server. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is also desired. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
