Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop technical drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD software.
- Interpret design briefs, architectural concepts, and specifications.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to ensure plans are accurate and practical.
- Update drawings as required during construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Building Codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Draftsperson in the building/construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of building standards, codes, and regulations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Qualification in Drafting, Building Design, or related discipline (preferred but not essential).
