* The reception area is meticulously maintained, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
* Additionally, kitchen management, document disposal, and invoicing tasks are assigned to this role.
* With attention to detail, Receptionists draft communications, lodge documents, and manage mail and banking activities.
* They also provide administrative support, including database management and debtor follow-up, while collaborating with the Managing Director's PA when necessary.
