About the role:
Manage the operations of the dispensary and ensure the delivery of excellent professional services. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will work closely with and be supported by an experienced dispensary/pharmacy team, and a dedicated Business Development Manager. Assist in developing our offer of health services and programs.

Salary up to $120,000 + Super (depending on roster, ***** hours per week)

Duties:
Lead and oversee dispensary operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy practice
Deliver high-quality professional services, including MedsChecks, vaccinations, and health programs
Manage PBS claims and ensure compliance with legal and professional obligations
Provide clinical advice and promote patient health outcomes through tailored solutions
Mentor and develop team members to achieve excellence in customer service and professional care
Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the local community
Skills and Experience:
General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
Community pharmacy experience preferred
Competent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
Current vaccination accreditation highly regarded
Experience with FRED Dispense / POS Works (highly regarded)
