We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Scientific Services Manager to lead our dynamic team of scientists and technicians.

In this role, you will:

* Provide effective leadership to the laboratory team and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
* Deliver expert scientific advice across water, wastewater and environmental monitoring.
* Lead technical audits, manage corrective actions and maintain quality assurance systems.
* Develop business growth strategies and strengthen client relationships.
* Manage operational and capital budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
* Stay current with developments in chemistry and environmental science.

About You:

* Degree in Applied Science (Chemistry and/or Microbiology) or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in scientific/analytical services within a water or environmental laboratory.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* High-level technical expertise and the ability to interpret complex results.
* Experience in business development and stakeholder engagement.
