Upcoming Induction
Your first week will be a 5-day face-to-face induction to welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training. If successful, you will be required to attend the next upcoming induction:
* 3rd of November - 7th of November
* 1st of December - 5th of December
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities
* Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
* Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
* Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
* Collaborating on individualised care plans
What You'll Bring
* Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
* Full Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
* Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
* Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
