Overview
Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Randstad Australia. The role involves shaping and maintaining the national and heritage brand across multiple channels, focusing on branding while supporting business development. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing key print and digital marketing and communications activities from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
* Support, develop, and manage key print and digital marketing and communications assets, including presentations, brochures, capability statements, organisational template documents, social media content, and mass internal and external communications.
* Maintain brand identity by utilising and expanding the company style guide; ensure new assets align in design, tone, and voice.
* Manage online performance, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with the brand; monitor and improve SEO, coordinate website changes, and manage social media presence.
* Coordinate and compile the Staff Newsletter for a diverse workforce.
* Administer and develop a comprehensive library of marketing and communications assets.
* Assist in supporting business development activities related to branding.
* Other duties as required relevant to this position.
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Qualities
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro).
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience writing clear and targeted communications for various audiences.
* Analytical problem solver who is resourceful and adaptable.
* Team player who can work independently.
* Interest in design, branding, and storytelling demonstrated through professional or personal projects.
* Experience producing marketing and communication assets across different formats and channels.
