Enrolled Nurse – Community Integrated Chronic & Complex Care

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated nurse to job the team.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing clients and carer advocacy and education, helping clients manage acute, chronic, and complex health conditions and supporting their journey to recovery and independence.
This is a unique opportunity to build strong, ongoing relationships with patients and families, working alongside a supportive team that values kindness, collaboration, and high-quality care.
About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse in our Community Nursing service, you will:
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Support clients with chronic health care needs.
* Assists in the evaluation of the clients progress toward expected goals.
* Collaborate with Registered Nurses, GPs, allied health, and other health professionals.
* Educate clients and carers on self-management strategies.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Division- with qualifications for medication administration, including IV.
- Clinical knowledge and skills relevant to community nursing and wound management.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload.
