We are currently seeking a capable 2+ year PAE Lawyer to join our leading Sydney Life Insurance team!
Turks is looking for a capable Lawyer (2+ PQE) to join our high performing and successful Life Insurance, Superannuation and Financial Advice team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners, associates and clients. Responsibilities
* work on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters across life insurance;
* develop skills in insurance law and litigation;
* have regular involvement and direct contact with clients;
* appear in various courts and tribunals.
Requirements
* an academic qualification in law, and be admitted with a current NSW practising certificate;
* a minimum of 2 years' PQE, preferably with experience in life insurance, personal injury or commercial litigation;
* excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills, with superior attention to detail;
* be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
* have the ability to work effectively in a team‐based environment, as well as autonomously;
* have a desire for personal development.
