Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Amazon Connect phone system rollout.
* Validate call flows, including IVR menus, routing, and agent handling.
* Conduct end-to-end testing for seamless integration of components.
* Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.
Candidates will collaborate with a testing manager to execute test scenarios and prioritize defect resolution. Close collaboration with our technical team is required for access to test environments, data, and resources.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong testing skills and experience working with similar technology systems. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
