Our ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach, strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

The successful Porter/Valet will be responsible for:

* Daily concierge desk operations including inventory controls and adherence to service protocols
* Providing warm welcomes to guests and visitors, assisting with valet parking, luggage storage, delivery and retrieval
* Addressing and resolving guest and owner inquiries or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high service quality

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Previous experience in a similar guest service/concierge role in a luxury environment
* Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

* A valid Australian Driver's License
