Our NSW Branch is looking for a highly experienced Field Service Technician with an excellent work ethic and team focus.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Installation, service & repair of Kyocera’s range of Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers.
* Resolving customer hardware, network and software related issues.
* Working closely with the NSW Service team.
Ideally, you will possess the following attributes:
* Certificate / Diploma in Electrotechnology / Mechatronics.
* Certificate / Diploma in Computer Networks.
* Practical experience in similar role within the business equipment industry.
* A good understanding of mono and colour digital printing products.
* Experience working with Kyocera products is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* The ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills, needed to fulfil the requirements in the role.
* Good working knowledge of networks, PCs, software and operating systems, within a print/scan environment.
* Clear verbal communication skills & exceptional customer service ethic.
* Positive, enthusiastic and results driven.
* A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.
* Leadership skills.
* Australian Citizenship – mandatory.
* Australian Driving Licence – mandatory.
