The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (Technical Lead) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers a pathway to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position as the business scales.
About you
* 5+ years of commercially proven experience developing applications in PHP and TypeScript
* Strong experience with CodeIgniter, Laravel, Next.js, and NestJS
* Experience in systems architecture, designing complex systems and RESTful APIs
* Developed skills and knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
* Experience with cloud providers (AWS preferred)
* Solid grasp of fundamental design principles for scalability
* Experience working closely with mobile app (iOS and Android) development teams
* Team player with a collaborative mindset
* Proven technology leadership experience within financial services or similar complex environments
* Strong background in payments, cards technology, transaction processing, or other high-volume financial platforms
* Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, architecture governance, and delivery execution
* Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders
