The Role
As a disability support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in community activities, center-based learning, and promoting independence.
* You will provide 1:1 or 1:4 support to clients with varying needs.
* Help clients achieve their goals through the NDIS framework.
* Complete progress reports to track client milestones.
* Work collaboratively with clients to promote self-advocacy and decision-making.
* Provide transportation as needed.
* Assist with personal care when necessary.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum Cert III in Disability (or equivalent).
* Current First Aid certification.
