ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Digital Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of optimising and streamlining our digital initiatives. You'll take the lead in developing and implementing cross-functional processes, ensuring our digital projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Working closely with senior digital leadership, clients, and internal teams, you'll be responsible for the seamless coordination of resources, driving operational excellence, and fostering growth through strategic insights.

To thrive in this leadership role, we're looking for someone with a proven track record in optimising digital operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving efficiency across digital channels such as SEO, CRM, Web, and Social.


Responsibilities


Brand & Category Knowledge

* Develop a solid understanding of the client's brand in relation to project management outputs.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement within digital team operations that benefit both agency and client.


Client Relationship Management

* Manage the relationship between the client and Innocean, maintaining regular contact to ensure communication flows effectively amongst internal and external parties.
* Liaise with clients to discuss strategic goals for the quarter, budget allocation, and overall process improvements.
* Troubleshoot and problem-solve, working to resolve issues with agency village teams when necessary.
* Act as the first point of escalation, implementing solutions to resolve issues efficiently.


Project Management

* Internal Briefings: briefing and working with the website team on projects that meet the client's brief and budget
* Project Planning: creating timelines independently and in collaboration with wider account team counterparts and website PM lead.
* Manage team resourcing across digital, ensuring adequate allocation of resources.
* Takes responsibility for the creation of retainers for the digital team, ensuring strategic and profitable proposals.
* Manages junior PMs, providing mentorship and ensuring successful project delivery.
* Supports the account team with digital timelines, project scope, and managing client pushback.
* Manage internal stakeholders to ensure timings are met.
* Ensure the financial tracker is up to date, including initial budget creation, estimate approvals, PO development, and invoicing.
* Own the budget for digital projects, overseeing expenditure to ensure alignment with client goals and adherence to budget constraints.
* Manage live execution of complex cross-channel projects, facilitating team collaboration and applying cross-channel learnings to enhance client value.
* Ensure agency processes are championed and proactively think about how ways of working can be optimised.
* Presents roadmaps to senior client stakeholders, outlining timings, budget allocation, and potential risks.
* Owner of 'Hyundai Hub' for INNOCEAN – ensuring new starters are onboarded, keeping hub up to date, helping/guiding clients where needed.


Stakeholder Relationship Management

* Nurtures relationships and deepens trust of internal and external agency stakeholders.
* Collaborates effectively with the Head of Digital to achieve departmental goals and supports implementation.
* Assists the account team in overseeing JCR's and provides information required for financial reporting.


ABOUT YOU


Qualifications

* Strong portfolio that demonstrates your Account Management expertise.
* Be willing to up-skill in areas that may lack experience i.e., CRM, marketing automation, email platforms.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

* Minimum of 3 years industry experience.
* Previous experience in managing campaigns from inception through to completion.
* Multi-channel, integrated experience inc. Social, CRM & CX
* Literacy across shared project management and financial systems.
* Flexibility to adapt your ideas to meet client expectations and take on feedback.
* Exceptional time management skills with demonstrated experience meeting competing deadlines across platforms without compromising on work quality.
* Brilliant basics including attention to detail.
* Solution-driven, even against challenging projects and situations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and work style.
* Skilled with software such as Google Docs, Keynote, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
* Flexible approach to work, demonstrating resilience and ability to rapidly adapt to change.
