Overview
We are seeking multiple professionals to support the operation of a Program Management Office (PMO) within a large and complex government program operating in the Northern Territory. These roles will contribute to program governance, reporting, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement and governance support across a multi-stakeholder program environment.

Available Roles and Rates
Program Governance and Assurance Lead
Rate: $70–$100 per hour (full-time equivalent)
Lead program governance, change control and assurance activities across the PMO. This role focuses on establishing governance frameworks, managing risk and issue processes, supporting program oversight and producing executive reporting for senior stakeholders.
Key experience includes program governance, risk management, change control and assurance within complex government or multi-stakeholder environments.
Program Financial Analyst
Rate: $60–$80 per hour (part-time approx. 0.5 FTE)
Support program-level financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and financial reporting. The role provides financial insights and reporting to support governance and decision-making.
Key experience includes program or portfolio financial management, financial analysis and reporting within large or complex organisations.
Program Analyst
Rate: $60–$80 per hour (part-time approx. 0.5 FTE)
Support program reporting and performance monitoring activities including preparation of executive reporting packs, milestone reporting and program dashboards.
Key experience includes PMO reporting, program analysis and preparation of executive-level reporting for senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communications and Engagement Consultant
Rate: $60–$80 per hour (part-time approx. 0.5 FTE)
Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities across government partners and program stakeholders. This role contributes to engagement strategies, stakeholder coordination and communications planning.
Experience in stakeholder engagement across complex programs or infrastructure environments will be highly regarded.
Board Secretariat and Governance Support
Rate: $40–$60 per hour (part-time initially, increasing to approx. 0.5 FTE)
Provide governance and administrative support to senior leadership forums including preparation of agendas, board papers and minutes, and coordination of governance meetings.
Experience providing secretariat support to boards or executive governance forums is highly desirable.
General Requirements
* Applicants must be Australian Citizens.
* Experience working in PMO, program or project environments is highly regarded.
* Experience supporting government programs or complex multi-stakeholder environments will be advantageous.
