Early Childhood Educator - Level 3
Wangaratta, VIC | Permanent Part Time (16 hours per week, 2 days) | $35.43 per hour + Super

At Wangaratta Children's Services Centre, we're on a mission to shape confident, curious learners — and we're looking for a passionate, Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator (Level 3) to join our team and help make it happen.
About The Role
As a Level 3 Educator, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, play-based programs that support each child's learning, development and wellbeing — all guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
You'll collaborate with a passionate team, build meaningful relationships with families, and contribute to a high-performing centre working toward achieving the highest National Quality Standard rating.
What You'll Bring
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), recognised under the Education and Care Services National Law
* Sound understanding of Victoria's Child Safe Standards and the National Quality Framework
* Experience delivering quality early childhood programs for children aged 0–6
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Strong teamwork and time management skills, with the ability to self-manage responsibilities
* Current (or willingness to obtain): Working with Children Check, Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Emergency Asthma Management certifications
