As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll bring strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. While your primary focus will be supporting opportunities across our Banking and Financial Services group, the role will also support digital, product, and middle office roles.

What role will you play?
Working alongside Resourcing Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers, you'll help shape sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and contribute to broader recruitment campaigns. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your market research and strategic sourcing capabilities, while developing your influence as a talent advisor.
Responsibilities include:
* Proactive sourcing, screening, and talent pooling candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and external job boards
* Monitoring market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments that impact sourcing strategies
* Designing and delivering tailored sourcing campaigns to attract top talent for high-priority roles
* Partnering with Resourcing Partners and hiring managers from the outset to manage sourcing requirements and candidate experience
* Engaging talent communities and providing a best-in-class candidate experience
