As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for:

* Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, staff recruitment, rostering, and providing excellent customer service
* Promoting innovative ideas to drive business growth and excellence
Key Requirements:
* Hospitality or retail leadership experience, preferably in food and beverage management
* Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, diverse team
* Operational expertise to achieve financial and business targets
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results
* Current industry certifications, such as RSA and Approved Manager qualifications
