Project Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and planning work for packages to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Job Description:
* Analyse project specifications and drawings to prepare and revise construction schedules.
* Coordinate with designers, engineers, and contractors to monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
* Prepare and maintain project delivery program requirements.
* Provide all program information to update the 4D model.
* Program all authorities' requirements and attend meetings as required.
* Provide strategic advice on the impact of design changes to programmed activities.
* Report to the Project Management Office on a regular basis or as required.
* Develop short- and long-term programs.
* Ensure milestones are maintained and updated on a regular basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Australian citizenship preferred.
* Engineering degree and minimum Certificate III in power, project management or other relevant qualification.
* Computer skills in Primavera, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, GIS (I-View) Mapping.
* A minimum of 10 years working knowledge of construction, maintenance, planning/scheduling work.
* An excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow preparation.
* An excellent understanding of HSEQ issues as they relate to planning.
