Greencross Kangaroo Flat is seeking a veterinarian to join a close-knit team in a growing clinic environment that values teamwork, wellbeing, and professional growth. Our clinic currently includes 3 veterinarians and 5 nurses, and is a stress-free accredited clinic equipped with ultrasound, dental and general radiography, and a tonometer. We offer a purpose-built facility designed for comprehensive, compassionate care with separate cat and dog consult rooms, dedicated surgical and prep areas, a radiography suite, and individual dog and cat wards. We are embracing a fresh direction under a newly appointed Practice Manager to prioritise wellbeing and development for our team.

Job Description 
We’re seeking a veterinarian who values teamwork, inclusivity, and a positive clinic culture. Flexible rostering options are available, including dedicated consulting and/or surgical days to match strengths and preferences. 
Responsibilities 
- Collaborate within a supportive team to provide high-quality veterinary care 
- Occasional sole-charge shifts may be required to cover leave or unexpected absences, with support from a strong team 
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications 
- 2–3+ years of post-graduate experience 
- Confidence in managing cases with evidence-based diagnostics and treatment plans 
- Qualifications: Veterinary Science degree from a university accredited by the AVBC and/or NAVLE/VET examinations
