Description

In this role, you will provide generalist support and complete administrative tasks as part of our Client Services team. You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role based in Toowoomba.

Your role, your contribution

* Assist with local requirements regarding incoming and outgoing mail, archiving, couriers, faxes and correspondence, scanning, printing & binding etc.
* Complete diverse administrative tasks, from mail and correspondence to lodging tax returns.
* Provide administrative support with client related tasks, including collation of financial accounts and tax returns, client service agreements and other documents.
* Maintain accurate client records and compliance files
* Assist with front-desk and reception duties as required.
