You'll be the first point of contact for clients and families, coordinating bookings, handling calls, and providing administrative support to the Care team.It's a fast-paced role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail make a real difference to the client experience.What You'll DoSchedule and coordinate assessment appointments, meetings, and logisticsLiaise with care recipients, families, and assessment staff to manage bookings and reschedulingProvide administrative support by preparing documentation, records, and reportsAct as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries and following up with stakeholdersMaintain accurate digital records and update systems to reflect appointments and outcomesCollaborate with care, operations, and external providers to ensure seamless service deliveryEscalate urgent issues and support problem-solving across the teamContribute to process improvements and support continuous workflow optimisationWhat You'll BringProven experience in administration (healthcare, aged care, or community services desirable)Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence handling a high volume of calls while remaining professional and efficientAbility to troubleshoot, resolve operational challenges, and manage competing prioritiesHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM or case management systems experience an advantageA collaborative mindset and ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholdersWhy Join Trilogy?
