We are looking for an enthusiastic, sales-driven individual with a passion for building relationships and driving results, to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative within our growing Concrete division based at our Head Office.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of Boral's concrete products and services to our customers within the Metro area.
Your day will involve:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers via outbound and inbound sales calls to Boral's small to medium-sized client base
Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts to achieve growth targets
Provide expert advice on our range of concrete products and services, ensuring the right solutions for our customers
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain our customer database to ensure all client details and sales records are accurate.
CRM experience

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
Ability to build rapport, negotiate and manage a pipeline of accounts
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously
